We leave the inside and outside corners as is but because of our new system we include instructions on how you very easily you can detail these out. New! Any field joints are finished out because that takes experience - NO experience necesary.
Outside Corners are ready to fill with caulk or grout. Not needed if you apply stone or tile.
Any applicable floors, linings, profiles, etc. are built in. NOTHING IS LEFT TO BE BUILT - EVERYTHING IS BUILT FOR YOU - THIS UNIT IS 100% COMPLETELY BUILT
We include materials except color paint (we do include matching light gray primer paint) which you will choose on your own to get the color right.
We include all the materials to do the above detailing in a kit.
We also include easy to follow instructions for you to detail it out. Then it is braced off as necessary, screwed to a pallet, and wrapped in hardboard protection.
Does Not Include:
Coloring (except it has a nice light gray color), detailing, tile, stone, stainless steel, accessories, or other embelishments that may show in the picture.
But the fireplace fireboxes (if applicable and shown in the picture) are included along with curtains, chimney spark screens, damper control, brick liners, and grate.
